“I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel in Al Mamzar. The new manager (Moroccan lady) was extremely strict and harsh in her behavior. Despite having our stay extended in the system, my family was asked to leave the room abruptly around 2 PM while I was away for work, causing a lot of stress and inconvenience. The overall cleanliness and service were far below expectations, but unfortunately, we were limited in our options because of the location. It’s disappointing to see that this is the only Accor-affiliated hotel in the area, and the experience did not live up to the standard we expected. I have been treated like this while im diamond im so disappointed
Nice hotel Movienpick at Oud Mehta. Absolutely great service and very much enjoyed myself. Price is unbelievable these days All staffs are great here. I like Executive lounge with beautiful leather sofas. Team members Syam,Dipa,Nabina,Jamaica Bhawana are wonderful. Breakfast is very nice as well all team members are friendly and working here very smoothly each other. I really appreciated Manager team Jason,Griffin and their team members very good workers Nang,Devi,Imti,Nischal,Anup,Aishrya. Very nice front and concierge team. I love this place.
Excellent service throughout our stay! Azhar and Irfan, who work as both bellmen and drivers, were incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional. They handled our luggage with care and also provided smooth and safe transportation whenever needed. Sadat at the reception was very welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Truly a great team—thank you for the outstanding hospitality! Jabbar security also very kind person and helpful
I am staying at the Movenpick hotel and apartments and I am really enjoying the time here. The staff is very kind and helpful. I want to thank Insaf, Jaycee, Thida and the chef for the delicious breakfast they are providing. And also the guys from the reception which also helped us.
We are so please from all of the staff especially Miss Wafaa and Mr. Satheesh for their kind cooperation with Egyptian team. Thanks for everything and service and caring about all details. And we recommend the hotel if you are planning to visit Dubai
