Amazing reunion with all of Movenpick Dead Sea Staff and service.

After few years of absence, we came back to the Movenpick Dead Sea Resort, previously for years our second home while living in Amman. It was a fantastic experience, completely exceeding our expectations. The reception from the staff at curbside was the first sign, people we have seen over the last many many years, still delivering their outstanding services, addressing us by our names. Amazing. Totally seamless check in conducted by Mr. Mohammad Tarteer, whom we always have adored for his outstanding personalized customer service. Welcomed to the room by staff with snacks and refreshments, outstanding. In the evening, dinner at Luigi, our favorite Italian Restaurant, once again we were received by a “Welcome Mr. And Mrs. Binger” from the outlet manager, whom we also have known from when he was a junior waiter. All the staff were outstanding, and the food completely up to our expectations. Room service and House keeping always quick with a smile, not a finger to point anywhere, on the contrary! We did ask about the secret of maintaining a happy staff year over year? The answer came promptly: We love and respect our General Manager, Mr. Ibrahim Khalil, who happened to be a member of staff at the hotel years back! What a fantastic way of maintaining loyalty and high level of services. We adore this hotel, and warmly recommend it to everyone who might be interested in visiting the lowest point on earth! Poor Customer Service

Didn't acknowledge my concern at all. We paid for the buffet dinner and upon arrival discovered there were no drinks - only water - served at a buffet dinner. Completely stingy considering the prices you pay for accomodation and food here, and then to add insult to injury and not acknowledge that concern at all is not a 5 star experience.

Movenpick is 👌 Best

Everybody were friendly and Good, Nice location and Nice beach and pool! H.K team Is very Good Abed theb is excellent! Big thanks to best Ahmad ajrami! Ajrami was nice and helpful and amazing! My room Number was Z105 Ms.Wafaa Rial and Dr.Farouk Abbes Thank you for everything ❤️

The best ever!

The best experience ever! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The welcome was truly lovely; we were even greeted with a fresh lemonade at the entrance. While the lobby was a bit busy, the staff managed everything seamlessly. Our check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Ahmad Ajraemi. He was not only helpful and friendly but also had a great sense of humor. Ahmad went above and beyond, assisting us significantly with our stay and even with the challenge of our lost luggage from the airport :( We were delighted to receive a wonderful upgrade with an amazing sea view. Our room was absolutely spotless and meticulously cleaned. The food was delicious – I highly recommend the Grill restaurant, where you can enjoy dinner and a fantastic show. While the hotel feels like a peaceful escape, its location is actually very convenient, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. And that infinity pool? Simply the best! My only regret is that my stay was too short – just one night! I will definitely be returning. A huge thank you to the entire housekeeping team for their exceptional efforts, especially given our lost luggage situation. They went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed. Special appreciation goes to Ahmad Ajraemi, Abedalhamed Theb, and Odeh. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Best hotel in the Dead Sea

One of the best well staffed hotels I’ve been in. Guest relations madam Rawan was very helpful and made our stay perfect. Not to mention all the other staff there. Hotel is the best in the Dead Sea area by far in every aspect. Cleanliness and room quality is perfect. Not to mention the great food.
